Sierra Foothill Conservancy is a non-profit public benefit corporation under the Internal Revenue Service Code Section 501(c)(3) and California Revenue and Taxation Code Section 23701d. Contributions are deductible for federal income tax purposes.

Total Preserve Acreage: 7,666
Transfer to Public Agency: 3,223 acres
Conservation Easements: 53,632 acres

The financial management and control practices of Sierra Foothill Conservancy conform to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and meet the Land Trust Alliance Standards and Practices for Financial and Asset Management.
