Enjoy a great workout followed by an All-Level Hatha Yoga class designed specifically for hikers! Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor and hiking enthusiast Linda Marie Hurst will lead you to the top of McKenzie Table Mountain, a strenuous hike involving 6 miles and 1,000′ gain.  After enjoying the views, you will head back down the mountain in search of the perfect spot for your 60 minute Yoga class. Our focus will be on long, deep stretches to soothe those tired muscles.

The group will meet in the parking lot at 8:00 am to sign in. At 8:15 we will lock the gates and begin our adventure. Dress in layers. Bring plenty of water, snacks, bug spray, sunscreen, Yoga mat and your smile. (Loaner mats are available.)

Special Note:   Attendees for this event agree to participate in both hiking and Yoga, otherwise, please see our events calendar for additional outings involving only Yoga or only Hiking.

Cost is FREE to Members, $10 per individual Non-Member or $20 for Non-Member Households. Join Sierra Foothill Conservancy TODAY and be able to attend as many hikes and classes during our season for free, plus many other member benefits. JOIN HERE
