This docent-led, moderate loop along Fine Gold Creek features amazing views and wildflowers newly in bloom… a wonderful experience on this rarely opened Preserve! Fresno Audubon birders (and President), Robert Snow and Rachel Clark are amazing leaders and birders! The trail is approximately 3 miles in length with an elevation change of approximately 200 feet. It is moderately difficult due to uneven surfaces and narrow passageways. Inexperienced or infrequent hikers are encouraged to use hiking sticks or poles. Appropriate footwear (hiking shoes, not sneakers or tennis shoes) are strongly recommended for all hikers.
