After two decades of working some of the best restaurants in California, Chef & Sommelier Chris Shackelford hung his hat in Old Town Clovis with the revitalization of Trelio Restaurant. The decision came for two factors: an easy source of high quality ingredients and the possibility of creating a local neighborhood restaurant. Thirteen years later Trelio Food & Wine has become a regional destination known for its impact on Central Valley Cuisine.
