Ranchers Pairing at Trelio!

Join us for our first Ranchers Pairing at Trelio Restaurant in Clovis! Sunday, July 8th 5 PM join Sierra Foothill Conservancy and Chef Chris Shackelford for an evening of amazing food and wine to support SFC and land conservation! Trelio Food & Wine will provide a four course menu centered around organic grass-fed Sierra Lands Beef, paired with Chef’s personal choice of wines for the evening. This is a very limited capacity event– get your tickets early and join other SFC and SLB supporters for a once in a lifetime dinner!

After two decades of working some of the best restaurants in California, Chef & Sommelier Chris Shackelford hung his hat in Old Town Clovis with the revitalization of Trelio Restaurant. The decision came for two factors: an easy source of high quality ingredients and the possibility of creating a local neighborhood restaurant. Thirteen years later Trelio Food & Wine has become a regional destination known for its impact on Central Valley Cuisine.
