SFC staff Billy Freeman (SFC’s Rangeland Management Program) and Brian Fagundes (Working Lands Bilogist from Point Blue Conservation Science) will lead this exclusive tour on SFC’s Martin Preserve, demonstrating how SFC’s Rangeland Management Program uses regenerative grazing practices to maximize ecological health and biodiversity on our foothill lands. Tour participants will take a deep dive into the recently implemented Healthy Soils Program that focuses on healthy soil building practices, carbon sequestration, and improving habitat for plants and wildlife. Participants should bring closed toes shoes for walking, and a sun hat and sunscreen. Guests will be back in time for the cocktail hour at SFC’s Fundraising Dinner at 4 PM.

BONUS: Dinner participants will have the opportunity to bid on silent auction item “Day with a Cowboy” where winners will join SFC Rangeland Management Program Manager Billy Freeman for a day out on the range. Winners can choose to ride in the Polaris or on horseback as they come along for a unique view of SFC’s dynamic Rangeland Management Program on the McKenzie Preserve.
